John Dixon I have a photography business, worked in cycling industry, shoot some Freelance Photography for a local paper. I photograph weddings, architecture, landscapes, water scenes, nature, portraits, an occasional fashion show and exhibit a few pieces in a gallery exhibit from time to time. I have three beautiful daughters and rather enjoy being a dad. I’ve been involved in photography for 30 years or more, worked in camera shops, published in both newspapers and magazines. My work has been displayed in shows, ads, hung in office buildings, including several pieces displayed at the House of Delegates in Annapolis. I’m an avid cyclist, road, mountain, some cyclocross, a much younger me some BMX. I worked in the Cycling industry for 20 years or more, as a mechanic at local bike shops, some buying, bike fit, and managerial positions. Photographers Vision: I believe every photo either has or portrays a personality, mood, or an emotion to be discovered. The image should stir some emotion through detail, complexity, simplicity, or possibly desire. Every individual will view my work and react to it differently.
